Disney’s Art of Animation is true treasure in family accommodations. They offer standard rooms with the Little Mermaid theme as well as Finding Nemo. The Family suites are themed with Cars and the Lion King. Making the ultimate family stay, especially on a budget. The suites offer one bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The living area offers a pull down Murphy bed replacing the dining table as well as a pull out sofa bed. This room accommodates up to six guests. It includes a mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron with ironing board.
There are plenty of activities for the kids many of which are offered pool side. All the pools are themed and the main pool features a snack bar called The Drop Off located just out side of Animation Hall.
One of my favorite activities offered are the classes where you learn to draw. There is a featured sketch displayed in the lobby each day. You can also purchase a beautiful frame from the gift shop to preserve the work of your aspiring artist.
The food court offers breakfast, lunch and dinner including a market area with fresh fruits, yogurts and fresh baked goods.
